New 8(a) Joint Venture

IEI announced today it has formed an 8(a) joint venture under U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations with Agile Facility Solutions, an SBA 8(a)-certified, technology-forward provider of facility support services. The joint venture will deliver comprehensive facilities management, operations & maintenance, industrial cleaning, and safety/compliance solutions for federal and commercial customers.

By combining IEI’s operational excellence and compliance track record with Agile’s data-driven, smart-facility approach, the partnership will help clients improve performance, extend asset life, and reduce risk across complex portfolios.
